Quantum and classical correlations in Bell three and four qubits, related to Hilbert-Schmidt decomposition

چکیده
The present work studies quantum and classical correlations in 3-qubits and 4-qubits general Bell states, produced by operating with n B Braid operators on the computational basis of states. The analogies between the general 3qubits and 4-qubits Bell states and that of 2-qubits Bell states are discussed. The general Bell states are shown to be maximal entangled, i.e., with quantum correlations which are lost by tracing these states over one qubit, remaining only with classical correlations. The Hilbert–Schmidt (HS) decompositions for 3-qubits general Bell states are explored by using 63 parameters. The results are in agreement with concurrence and Peres-Horodecki criterion for the special cases of bipartite system. We show that by tracing 4-qubits general Bell state, which has quantum correlations, over one qubit we get a mixed state with only classical correlations. Teleportation via multi-qubit channels
We investigate the problem of teleporting an unknown qubit state to a recipient via a channel of 2L qubits. In this procedure a protocol is employed whereby L Bell state measurements are made and information based on these measurements is sent via a classical channel to the recipient. Upon receiving this information the recipient determines a local gate which is used to recover the original sta...
متن کاملGeometry of Entangled States , Bloch Spheres and Hopf Fibrations
We discuss a generalization to 2 qubits of the standard Bloch sphere representation for a single qubit, in the framework of Hopf fibrations of high dimensional spheres by lower dimensional spheres. The single qubit Hilbert space is the 3-dimensional sphere S. The S base space of a suitably oriented S Hopf fibration is nothing but the Bloch sphere, while the circular fibres represent the qubit o...
متن کاملMaximally discordant mixed states of two qubits
We study the relative strength of classical and quantum correlations, as measured by discord, for two-qubit states. Quantum correlations appear only in the presence of classical correlations, while the reverse is not always true. We identify the family of states that maximize the discord for a given value of the classical correlations and show that the largest attainable discord for mixed state...
متن کاملExistence of the Schmidt decomposition for tripartite systems
For any bipartite quantum system the Schmidt decomposition allows us to express the state vector in terms of a single sum instead of double sums. We show the existence of the Schmidt decomposition for tripartite system under certain condition. If the partial inner product of a basis (belonging to a Hilbert space of smaller dimension) with the state of the composite system gives a disentangled b...
متن کاملRandom quantum correlations and density operator distributions
Randomly correlated ensembles of two quantum systems are investigated, including average entanglement entropies and probability distributions of Schmidt-decomposition coefficients. Maximal correlation is guaranteed in the limit as one system becomes infinite-dimensional. The reduced density operator distributions are compared with distributions induced via the Bures and Hilbert-Schmidt metrics....
